The Invisible Brand
We designed Maru to feel like a gesture, not a logo.
Inspired by the typographic restraint of Ahn Sang-soo, we treated coffee selection like typesetting : precise and intentional. By evolving their DNA into a bespoke, Futura-inspired typeface and an unapologetically minimalist world, we created a brand that refuses to act like one.
